ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time to be fixed by this Court.
3. The suit itself was filed in 2014 and after service of summons, some of the defendants filed their written statements earlier. But the dates of filing of such written statements are not available. After the time for filing written statement was extended by the Court below, one of the defendants, namely the 10th defendant filed written statement only in the month of January 2016. Thereafter, within 20 days the petitioner/plaintiff has approached this Court with the present petition seeking such a direction. This Court is of the considered view that it is not a fit case in which such a direction can be issued.
