The petitioner seeks direction upon second respondent to register a case/FIR against the proposed accused person on the basis of her complaint, dated 31.03.2015 and to investigate the same.

It is seen that the petitioner has sent his complaint to the respondent/Police by post, and when this Court posed the question to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police to find out as to whether the complaint was received or not, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that he has no instruction.

In view of abovesaid circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with direction to the petitioner to go in person and lodge his complaint before the Station House Officer, and in the event of such complaint is being lodged by the petitioner, the Station House Officer is directed to conduct enquiry and register an FIR, if cognizable offence is made out, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
