The petitioner seeks direction upon second respondent to register a case/FIR against the proposed accused person on the basis of his complaint, dated 11.12.2014, and to investigate the same. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner has sent his complaint, dated 11.12.2014, to the respondent/Police by post, and when the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police is posed by a question by this Court, Whether the said complaint was received or not?, he states that he has no instruction. 3.

In view of abovesaid circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with direction to the petitioner to go in person and lodge his complaint before the Station House Officer, and in the event of such complaint is being lodged by the petitioner, the Station House Officer is directed to conduct proper enquiry and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
