ORDER

The petitioner herein claiming as a daughter of the tenant, seeks protection for removing certain certificates in the premises.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that there is a dispute between the landlord and the tenant. The premises has now been locked and in possession of the landlord. The landlord has given a complaint stating that the tenant namely, Appavu @ Raja is threatening with dire consequences when rental arrears was demanded.

3. Since the matter is under investigation by the Police, the relief sought for by the petitioner can be sorted out through the Police Station. This Court is not inclined to interfere in this matter at this stage and hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 24.06.2024 asi -2-
