The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in CC.No.22/2014 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, PW1 to PW6 already examined and the case posted for examination of further witnesses and trial also commenced. 2.Therefore, this Court cannot be considered to quash the proceedings in CC.No.22/2014 at this stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
