ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police, to register the complaint dated 23.10.2013 and take necessary action against the said culprits in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the the respondent police has conducted enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.10.2013 and closed the same as no further action is necessary. He would further submit that a copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the petitioners on 30.10.2013. The same is recorded.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed however, with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
