ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file final report in the above Crime No.391 of 2012 on the file of the respondent Police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that despite repeated message, no instructions from the respondentPolice. Hence, the respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
