the remaining left over work, has come forward to file this writ petition.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner made a fervent plea that the petitioner has gotten over the period of difficulty and therefore, will be in a position to complete the remaining project, in a short span of time, if another opportunity is given.

This is a matter to be considered only by the respondent and not by this Court. However, considering the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, it is hereby ordered that the respondent is at liberty to consider the request of the petitioner before finalizing the fresh tender, if the petitioner approaches the respondent in this regard.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
