This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for having indulged in the act of "Katta Panchayat" thereby preventing the petitioner and his family not to stay and live at the E-4, Sathyamoorthy Nagar, Teynampet, Chennai, on the basis of the representation given on 18.03.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
