O R D E R

The petitioner is the wife of one S.Thulasingam since deceased. On 11.07.2012, a settlement deed was executed in favour of the petitioner by her husband. Thereafter, the petitioner sought for transfer of patta in her name on 11.12.2014. The respondent also took steps towards the sub division of the property after measurement. From the records, it is seen that Sri Sanjeevi Vinayagar Thirukoil has given no objection certificate on 03.06.2015. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition is filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders pending on the application dated 11.12.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
