Both the petitions have been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 8/ proposed parties as LRs of the deceased appellant, namely Pappayeeammal in both second appeals.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, both the petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
