This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 196 days in payment of deficit court fee in S.A.SR.No.132450 of 2022.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", within a week from today".

3. Post the matter on 13.07.2023 for reporting compliance.
