This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 7(iv) of the order dated 02.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3160 of in Crl.A.No.223 of 2023.

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time granted by this Court to comply with the condition imposed on the 4th petitioner by this Court in paragraph 7(iv) of the order dated 02.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3160 of 2023 Crl.A.No.223 of 2023 is extended for a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
