This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 03.02.2014 passed by the first respondent.

The learned counsel for the first respondent has brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, enquiry was conducted and final orders have been passed on 04.03.2014 and it is also submitted that possession has already been taken by the respondents from the petitioner. taken from the petitioner on 24.02.2014. A copy of the said proceedings dated 04.03.2014 was also given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
