O R D E R

The instant revision has been filed challenging the order dated 05.04.2013 passed by the VIIIth Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai in RCA.No.310 of 2011.

2. The parties to the dispute have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves. They have also filed a Joint memo of Compromise dated 21.01.2019 before this Court. Both the parties as well as their counsels have signed the said Joint memo of compromise.

3. The said Joint memo of compromise dated 21.01.2019 is taken on file and shall form part of this Order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, in terms of the Joint memo of compromise. No costs.
