This Petition has been field to bring on record the Petitioners herein as Appellants 2 to 4 in the above appeal, who are the legal heirs of the sole Appellant Govindan (deceased).

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties. 3.The factum of death of the sole Appellant viz., Govindan and the fact that the proposed Appellants are the legal heirs of the sole Appellant are not denied by the Respondent.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Petition is ordered as prayed for. 5.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter after three weeks.
