This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.19272 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24689 of 2023 dated 15.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, there are previous cases pending against the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that petitioner has previous cases, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed against him on 15.12.2023.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is directed to comply with the earlier condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19272 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24689 of 2023 dated 15.12.2023.
