The petitioner has sent several representation for fixation of the pay on par with Thiru.M.Suresh, Cooperative Sub Registrar (PDS), Thiruvannamalai Region.

2.The 2nd respondent has also sent proposal bearing reference No.220/2020/A1 to the 1st respondent on 05.07.2021. Since the proposal has also been sent by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders or merits, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 05.03.2020 and reminder dated 24.08.2020 of the petitioner by considering the proposal of the 2nd respondent dated 05.07.2021. Such order shall be passed by the 1st respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
