The application in A.No.3485/2014 is filed to permit the applicants to implead defendants 2, 3 and 4 in the above suit as respondents in Application No.1680 of 1997.

The application in A.No.3486/2014 is filed to permit the applicants 2 and 3 / plaintiffs 3 and 4 herein as defendants 2, 3 and 4 in the above suit as legal representatives of deceased defendants 1 and 76.

The application in A.No.3487/2014 is filed to permit the applicants to implead defendants 2, 3 and 4 in the above suit as respondents in Application No.1681 of 1997.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are ordered.

The plaintiffs shall carry out the necessary amendment in the plaint and file a copy of the amended plaint within a week.
