(CRIME NO.117 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/-(Rupees Sixty Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Truct without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial court in the above Crl.O.P No.14709/2022 on the file of the Hon`ble Court dated 27.06.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14709 of 2022 that "the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust".

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner i.e., "the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of

Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust", in Crl.O.P.No.14709 of 2022 order dated 27.06.2022 stands deleted. Further, the time for executing sureties before the learned Magistrate concerned is extended till 26.07.2022.
