2. As per the earlier order passed by this Court on 08.03.2021, the respondent is present before this Court.

3. The Contempt Petition has been filed contending that the order of this Court dated 18.12.2013 in W.P.No.29936 of 2013 has been violated by not removing the encroachment made by the private respondent in the writ petition. 4.Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that as per the order passed in the Writ Petition, the disputed property was surveyed and the respondent inspected the property and found that there is no encroachment in the pathway and the same has been stated in paragraph No.8 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent before this Court on 22.04.2021.

5. In view of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, the order of this Court has been complied with. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
