Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings No.DL/3GH78/CPM-22/Annual return/1533 dated 13.08.2012 issued by the first respondent quash the same and directing the respondents to settle the pension claims of the petitioner (PPO No.TB/TAM/00319294) with interest and arrears based on the actual salary drawn by the petitioner from the date of eligibility as per law.
