The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.12.2012 passed in WP.No.32312 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.12.2012 has been complied. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(D)No.55 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, dated 11.03.2016 to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition is closed.
