ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Cr.No.13 of 2009 pending on the file of the District Crime Branch, Perambalur District, within a time frame as fixed by this Court, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Today, the respondent police has filed a status report wherein in paragraph No.7, it has been stated as follows:- "7.I submit that the then Inspector of Police, sent the above case i.e., Further action dropped to Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur and the same was received on 12.05.2010 and the learned Judicial Magistrate recorded that "notice to the defacto complainant / petitioner. Defacto complainant called absent. Hence it is presumed that he has no objection to the final report filed by the Notice." Then the F.I.R., in Crime No.13/09 stand closed. The copy of the above action dropped report and order copy was received by me on 16.06.2015."
