in both W.Ps With the consent of both the parties, these cases are taken up for settlement before this Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mrs. T.P.Savitha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthu, learned counsel for the second respondent are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the first respondent made in C.P. No.2 of 2013 and C.P. No. 8 of 2014 respectively dated 25.06.2015 and quash the same.

2. After due deliberation and consultation, both the parties have now agreed to resolve the issue by paying a sum of Rs.6,85,122/- only after having paid the other amounts, which the second respondent agrees and admits. The second respondent has no other claim against the appellant. Now the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.6,85,122/- as full and final settlement to the second respondent. The writ petitioner is directed to deposit the award amount within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in the account of the second respondent i.e., Account No. 6100479449, IFSC Code: IDIB000K002, Indian Bank, Kadambattur (305) Branch, as agreed by the writ petitioner. Accordingly, the matter is settled amicably between the parties. In view of the same, nothing remains for further adjudication in the writ petitions.

3. Recording the above statement made by the parties as well as by the learned counsel appearing on either side, these writ petitions stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
