..Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Call for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in No.Tha.Ko.No.121/ Poa.Vaa.Tha.P.(South)/ 2013 dated 03.1.2014 and quash the said order and direct the respondents to relieve the petitioner from service by issuing appropriate retirement orders and settle all unpaid salary, entire retirement benefits including pension and all service monetary benefits with interest and cost to the petitioner forthwith.
