This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1038 of 2022 on 20.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Since the petitioner herein expresses some inconvenience to report before the respondent police, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the committal Court on all hearings without fail and cooperate for the trial proceedings.

4. With the above modification, the petition for relaxation is allowed.
