2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that out of two type of properties which is morefully described as item Nos.1 and 2 in the Schedule to the plaint, item No.1 property is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and in respect of item No.2 is concerned, the same is situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Heard Mr.M.Sankar, learned counsel for the applicant and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the fact that one of the property is situate within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is of the considered view to grant leave to file the Civil Suit.

5. Accordingly, instant application is ordered as prayed for and leave is granted to file the Civil Suit.
