Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to count the regular service of the petitioner from 24.01.1995 to 31.07.2014 and from 06.10.1982 to till 23.01.1995 half of the non qualifying service along with regular service, instead of 06.10.1982 to 04.01.2005 (non qualifying service) rendered by the petitioner on daily wage basis and regular service from 05.01.2007 to 31.07.2014, for purpose of getting revised pension with all consequential monitory benefits by considering the representation dated 07.06.2021.

ORDER

Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the representation dated 07.06.2021 of the petitioner for revision of his pension will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the first respondent consequent to which, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

revision is to be made, the third respondent will implement the exercise undertaken by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of four weeks from today and in case the petitioner is held eligible for revision of pension as claimed by the petitioner in the representation dated 07.06.2021, the third respondent shall give effect to the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

3. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
