ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioners has given a representation dated 27.11.2025 to make necessary remark in the encumbrance register cancelling the unlawful lease deed registered in document No. 841 of 2018 dated 23.02.2018 with regard to property situated at Shed No. 193- B Ambattur Industrial Estate comprised in Survey No. 104 (Part) Pattaravakkam village , Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In reply, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2025 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2025 on its own merits and dispose

of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner.
