Respondents Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and Article 215 of the Constitution of India, praying for punishing the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court in WP.No.29517 of 2013 dated 02.01.2014 u/s.11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 cum Article 215 of the Constitution of India. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] (1)This Court, in continuation and in conjecture with the earlier order dated 07.12.2020, is passing the following final orders. (2)The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the fact that a sum of Rs.1,37,187/- as well as the interest on the belated payment, has been received by the petitioner, nothing remains for further adjudication in this contempt petition.

(3)The learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors has drawn the attention of this Court to the affidavit dated 21.01.2021 as well as the typed set of documents and would submit that in the light of the averments made in paragraphs No.10 and 11, this Court may pass appropriate orders. (4)This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and also perused the materials placed before it.

(5)A perusal of the affidavit dated 21.01.2021 would disclose that for the belated payment, interest amount to the tune of Rs.66,370/- has also been paid to the petitioner.

(6)In the light of the said affidvit with supporting documents, no further orders are necessary in this contempt petition.
