This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register a case on the basis of complaint dated 06.03.2015 and to file final report before this Court within stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.245/2015 and it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry.

4. Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
