This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4431 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.32487 of 2022 dated 29.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police, 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.4431 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.32487 of 2022 dated 29.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
