Crl.M.P.No.8621 of 2023 has been filed to extend the time by 2 weeks to surrender before the court in pursuance with order dated 26.05.2023 made in Crl.OP.11884 of 2023.
2.Crl.M.P.No.8623 of 2023 has been filed to modify the condition as the petitioner shall executing a bond for sum of Rs.10,000/- before the Lower Court instead depositing a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in the credit of the above Crime No.251/2023 imposed by this court on this petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11884 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11884 of 2023. Hence, Crl.M.P.No.8623 of 2023 is dismissed.
