ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's 1/4

representation dated 25.09.2016 and pass appropriate order as per law within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already for the very same issue, the petitioner had filed a suit for declaration in O.S.No.590 of 2015 which is pending on the file of IV Additional District Munsif Court, Salem. Further he submitted that the petitioner passed away. Therefore, he sought permission of this Court to grant liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to canvass all their grievance before the competent civil Court where the suit is pending.

3. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court grants liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to canvass all their grievance before the competent civil Court where the suit is pending. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
