(The case has been heard through video conference) Today (02.11.2020) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case has been transferred to CCB. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh application impleading CCB as respondent.

In view of the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh application by impleading CCB as respondent.
