This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.02.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 17.02.2015 it essentially appears to be a long standing dispute between the petitioner, his wife and his mother-in-law. There are several litigations pending between the petitioner and his wife. Under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

such circumstances, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to issue a direction as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
