ORDER
Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the complaint dated 30.01.2015 of the petitioners and investigate into the same, the petitioner have come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioners, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.291 of 2015 before the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
