Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai once in a week i.e. every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2563 of 2018 vide order dated 19.02.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.V.GIRIDHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2563 of 2019 on 19.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2563 of 2019 on 19.02.2019, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court till today, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai, during every date of hearing without fail.
