Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 03.09.2015 and to review the order of suspension passed in R.C.PA1/982/2015 dated 06.02.2015 issued by the Respondent and to re-instate the Petitioner into service.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The case of the petitioner is that while she was serving as Block Development Officer, Anaicut Panchayat Union, she was placed under suspension on 06.02.2015 based on the criminal complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 03.09.2015 to revoke the suspension. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned counsel for the respondent.

5. This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the same, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
