PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for an issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings No. DL/ 3GH78/CPM-22/ Annual return/1533 dated 13.8.2012 issued by the 1st respondent quash the same and directing the respondents to settle the pension claims of the petitioner (PPO No.TB/TAM/121100003178) with interest and arrears based on the actual salary drawn by the petitioner from the date of eligibility as per law.
