Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent herein in his proceedings PR.No.19/PR(S)/1999 u/r 3 (b), RC.No.553/26846/PR N(1)/2007, N.Z.O.No.37/2010 dated 13.01.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential service and monetary benefits. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner died during the pendency of the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has taken steps to contact the legal heirs of the deceased employee and inspite of his effort, he could not be able to secure instructions for the purpose of continuing the writ petition.

2. This being the submission made, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, the legal heirs of the deceased employee are at liberty to reopen the writ petition, if they chose to do so. No costs.
