This Writ petition is preferred U/A. of 226 of the constitution of India perusing to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records comprised in No. 3682/DM/D1/2011 dated 24.11.2011 on the file of the first respondent quash the same and consequentially direct the first respondent to issue fresh arms license to the petitioner based upon his application dated 25.4.2011 For Appellant : Mr.R.Karthikeyan For Respondents: Ms.V.Usha Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry)

J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellant made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the intra court appeal with liberty to make a fresh application, in case there is a threat to his life.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the intra court appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to make a fresh application, in case there is a serious threat to the life of the appellant.
