ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.11.2024, in MCOP No.693 of 2018, on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Erode.

2.In the reasons stated for the delay, it had been stated that the copies of the judgment and decree were forwarded to the processing office and the papers were mixed up with other settlement files and could not be traced within the period of limitation.

3.Mr.V.K.Vengadesh Durai Raja, learned counsel is present and takes notice for R1, R2 & R3. They are claimants before the Tribunal. Respondents 4 & 5 remained exparte before the Tribunal. Notice to them is dispensed with. 4.Taking into consideration the reasons given, the delay stands condoned and the petition stands allowed. Registry to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
