This petition has been filed seeking to expeditious disposal of the suit in OS. No.156 of 2014.

2. Pursuant to my order dated 16.06.2025, the learned Sub Judge, Mettur has forwarded her report to the Registry of this Court, requesting three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.156/2014 along with O.S.No.86/2016.

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the said report of the learned Sub Judge, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Mettur to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos. 156 of 2014 and 86 of 2016 Within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
