Crl.M.P.Nos.8382 & 8383 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.Nos.6522 & 6521 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos.5575 & 5576 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.5575 & 5576 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
