ORDER

This Crl.R.C.No.975 of 2014 is filed by the petitioner/accused, aggrieved by the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, in C.C. No.156 of 2013 by Judgment dated 17.03.2014, thereby convicting him for the offence under Sections 279, 304(A) of IPC., which was modified by Judgment passed by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.A.No.45 of 2014, dated 18.09.2014, thereby confirming the conviction and sentence imposed for the offence under Section 279 of IPC., and confirming the sentence under Section 304(A) of IPC., but, however reducing the imprisonment term from 6 months to 3 months. 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submit that pursuant to the dismissal of the appeal, already the petitioner had also undergone the sentence and he has also taken his original license from the respondent/police.

3.Under these circumstances, nothing further which remains to be decided in the Criminal Revision Case and the same is dismissed.
