Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son named Karthikeyan son of Palanichamy, aged about 40 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son - Karthikeyan son of Palanichamy, aged about 40 years, before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu has been secured. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the habeas corpus petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
