Today, this writ petition is listed under the caption, "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the 5th line of the second paragraph of the order dated 25.10.2021 passed in the above writ petition, the name of the petitioner's mother was wrongly typed as "Indumathy" instead of "Indira" and hence the same may be directed to be corrected.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for rectifying the said mistake crept-in in the order passed in the aforesaid writ petition.

4. Since the error crept-in in the order is typographical error, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction with regard to the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
