C.M.P.No.12553 of 2022 in S.A.No.1488 of 2011 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner / proposed appellant to bring him on record as the legal representative of the deceased sole appellant Vasantha in S.A.No.1488 of 2011.

2.Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondent wants to file formal counter, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and in the interest of justice and to give fair adjudication, this Court is inclined to allow the present petition. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

5.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 10.11.2022.
